All applications from prospective faculty members received by TUSUR University are examined by the relevant department. All applicants are offered comprehensive support from the Division of International Cooperation and, if invited to join TUSUR faculty, visa support.

Qualifications

Professor: Ph.D or equivalent with a successful track record of research and publications and a minimum of 5 years of teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant /Associate Professor.

Associate Professor: Ph.D or equivalent with a successful track record of research and publications and a minimum of 3 years of teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 2 years should be at the level of Assistant / Associate Professor.

Assistant Professor: Ph.D or equivalent with a brilliant academic background. Experience, while desirable, is not essential. Those about to complete their doctorate may also apply. Such candidates may be considered for visiting appointment till such time they formally complete the doctoral programme.

An outstanding manager or a professional in his own field working in industry and with established reputation and who has made significant contribution to knowledge, but not having a Ph.D degree, could also be considered for appointment.
