Heads of the leading research groups at TUSUR place high emphasis on collaboration with foreign research centers and universities. Numerous projects are carried out overseas at research laboratories of TUSUR partners. These foreign partnerships serve to facilitate the work in the key research areas and to enhance its quality.

Efim Yakovlevich Oks

Efim Oks is employed at the Berkley Lawrence National Laboratory, Darmstadt Accelerator Center (Germany), as well as several other universities and research centers – in China, Japan and South Korea. Professor Oks also works for various laboratories, delivers lectures and makes reports at scientific conferences.

Victor Nikolaevich Tatarinov

Victor Tatarinov actively cooperates with major Western European universities of technology and research organizations – within the framework of international R&D contracts and as a faculty member. He has delivered lectures (in English) for postgraduate students and engineers at Delft University of Technology (Delft, Netherlands, 2004), Warsaw University of Technology (Warsaw, Poland, 2005), Academy of Science and Technology (Vietnam Republic, Hanoi, 2005).

German Sergeevich Sharygin

Professor Sharygin cooperates with leading researchers and heads of renowned foreign R&D centers, namely: Institute of Telecommunications (Poland), Aerospace Research Center (Munich, Germany), University of Nantes (France), Rutherford Laboratory (UK), European Space Research and Technology Center (Netherlands), and International Research Centre for Telecommunications and Radar in Delft (Netherlands) etc.

Mikhail Yurievich Kataev

Mikhail Kataev has been collaborating with several international research organizations:

Leonid I. Babak

Associate professor at Department of Computer Control and Design Systems, Candidate of Engineering. Significant experience in implementing joint projects with foreign organizations, such as Limoges University and XLIM (former IRCOM - Institut de Recherches en Communications Optiques et Microondes) at Limoges University, Limoges, France; French Space Agency (CNES - Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales), Toulouse, France; Netherlands Astronomic Center (ASTRON), the Netherlands; OMMIC Co. (France), WIN Semiconductors Co. (Taiwan) and Applied Wave Research Co. (USA), etc.
